(Oddly, the cover of the 1954 version seems to foreshadow its ultimate fate.)

Actually, I have never tried them. They are all those non plastic cords and big plugs. Would be afraid of a fire. I also wouldn’t want to warp or melt the plastic light covers. At this point, just cool Christmas display items.
