Thoughts on a grade?  Front and back cover look nice but one corner is is crumpled in back and there's and indentation on the front cover and will need pressing.  Pages are not white.

I'm having trouble finding the indention on the front. This would hinge on how well things press. I don't have a ton of experience with corner crunches, but one that was a little worse than this pre-press got a 7.5. I can see as high as 9.4 with successful pressing & the potential for a disappointment if there's persistence after pressing.

I think 9.2 - 9.4, just because of that corner.

In the VF range now. Press for 9.2/9.4 depending on if there'll be paper loss in that corner.
