So...a slap on the wrist to not submit or sell CGC books anymore?
I wonder if attorneys argued it wouldn't have been possible if CGC's reholdering process was performed as stated.
As I've interpreted the situation, it seems that CGC was not performing regrade of the reholder submission...instead just relying on the label.
