ASM #238 Cover Overspray Manufacturing Defect? 1 1

Hello.  I just acquired my first ASM #238 and I was considering sending it in for grading.  It is in very good shape, but it does have what appears to be overspray at the top and bottom of the front cover (see pics).  It is yellow ink, similar to what is in the ASM title graphic.  From my limited research, this may be a problem with quite a few ASM #238 issues.  My question is would this manufacturing defect (?) negatively affect my potential grade?

One would need to evaluate the entire condition of the book to know how much the overspray would affect the final grade, also the back cover may have it also.

If it a common problem with that book, the effect will be much less.
