PGM - ASM #16, Spidey vs. DD 0

Hello all!  I recently upgraded this book and now this is my undercopy.  Not totally sure what to grade it as, but I have an idea and wouldn't mind some public opinion.  You can see the serious spine roll but other than that there is some rippling on the cover that's really hard to get in a scan.  

Whadda think?

Staple integrity looks solid. I'm sure that roll can be fixed. Looks to be in the 4.5 range. Maybe 5.0-5.5 with a press/clean.
