What is the purpose of the "re-submission" check box option when sending in a comic?

Great question! This button is used if a customer is resubmitting an already encapsulated CGC collectible for a new service (like an In House Signing or a Press and Regrade). This allows customers to enter in the certification number instead of the book info to make it easier to find the specific book from our drop-down menu. This also quickens the receiving process once we have the book in house.
