Freshly graded, first time graded, deep red cover, white pages. Someone on spare a grade asked "did you bump up the saturation in those pics?" when I first posted it and, nah, she just waken up like that.  

It's a beauty, but circumstances dictated it finally be graded and move on to its next home. 

TERMS:

People on the probation list are not eligible to purchase. 

Since this is CGC, all sales are final, but of course if the book doesn't arrive correctly, that's a different story.

First in this thread or via PM wins the book based on time stamp.

All prices are in USD.

Priority shipping within the US is included.  If you want to insure it, that's available up to $5000, according to my research. We can insure it to your level of comfort including through alternate insurers.  Book will be securely shipped in the same packaging/style as it came back from CGC.  I'm also happy to ship with your preferred shipper or do in-person if you're local enough (I am in southern NY, about 1 hr north of NYC.

I would ship internationally but would have to calculate rates etc when we find out where I'm shipping.

I don't have a ton of Kudos on the boards yet, but did sell a semi-expensive book recently (not near this big but big enough), and have gotten only good feedback so far.  I have a longer track record on reddit comicswap, and of course, am happy to discuss via PM and do what I can to make any buyer feel comfortable.

I'll prefer personal checks (will likely need to clear as I'm new here), money order, or Zelle.  But I'm happy to work with any buyer, since I haven't personally sold a book this big.

PRICING & IMAGES

Last two sales this year were right around $18000, so this book seems to be on the upswing at least in this grade!  (let's hope more comics follow).  I'm listing at slightly below the 90 day GPA average with USPS shipping (but not insurance) included.

Given the recent drama and how big a book this is, I made sure to document the book as thoroughly as possible.  To that end, I've attached pics of the book pre-grading (including the MVS intact), the hi-res pics from CGC that I purchased, and the book in hand.

It looks even sexier this time around than when I saw it a month back…for the love of cripes, somebody pick this beauty up already! Don’t let Heritage swallow this one up. Corvonie is a dedicated collector who is committed to providing others with the same quality we all hope to receive. I would think this is a no-brainer for somebody looking for this book in high-grade.

Thanks! flying_bison and I know each other from reddit and basically migrated here at the same time.  So, his assessment of me as a seller comes from a larger data set than on here and is greatly appreciated!
