@MultiSig Mike,

Great question! If a book with a custom label is returned for a reholder service the original custom label is discarded and a new label is printed. If you have a retired custom label, this will not be able to be reprinted and added to your book, unfortunately. If you have a currently available custom label then you will need to select that option on the submission form when adding your book to the submission form. Thanks for your understanding.

Thanks Matt. Are they able to make an exception if I add a note with the book & form?

You can request this as a handwritten note but we will make no guarantees we will accommodate this. This is because the label is often damaged during the crack-out purpose. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello @MultiSig Mike, thank you for contacting us. Both of these are indeed signature series labels. The "hue" of the label can look slightly different depending on when the label is printed (end-of-the-line production tends to have "lighter" hue of yellow if that makes sense).

Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
