Well somebody (not my local office, which is outstanding) decided this package needed a vacation so it went to freaking Puerto Rico. Then it vanished. USPS won't refund a dime because it wasn't overnight and it was only documents. Wound up sending another copy via UPS and they got it in two days. But the USPS had the stones to send me not one, but two survey requests wanting to know how they did. I don't want any blowback to hit my local office so I'm not filling it out. Since 1999 when I started to sell items on eBay USPS has only lost 3 of my packages. 25,000+ delivered items. 1 Priority Mail 1 Media Mail 1 Registered mail (To be fair it was CGC to me and the missing package case was USPS workers inside job stole a crate of registered mail as it never left the FL Hub. So technically is was never lost.) Since 1999, I've had ONE package "lost". And I put Dr. Evil quotations on that since it went to "Status not Updated" and the buyer said they never received it. It's still possible it got there and the buyer took advantage of a tracking error(book for free---BONUS!). Every other time a package was not delivered for some reason it came back to me.
