I remember seeing that issue along with the first Flash annual in a local store WAY back in the day. The dealer was announcing at the top of his voice how they weren’t for sale. Apparently they were so rare that they shouldn’t even exist.

Highly fun book to read :headbang:

It's the only PHM annual - it pulled from all the "Big 4" titles at the time.
