Gsims718 Posted June 27 Share Posted June 27 (edited) Hi everyone, Last week I sent 3 boxes to @mycomicshop, tracking for all 3 packages show departing the Fort Worth facility on 6/21, but only 2 made it the 30 minute drive to Arlington where MCS is located. I sent these within Texas, and the two that were received, were delivered the day after they were shipped. Fedex has basically been no help, If you are in the Fort Worth area, I would appreciate you looking looking out for these books! Or if anyone happens to work with Fedex, or has any tips, please let me know. If so, and I know this may be too late for this instance, but I'd just drive the stuff over - especially going from Fort Worth to Arlington. I actually have my packages that come via FedEx placed on hold at another location for pickup nowadays because for signature-required deliveries, they have at least one driver who just signs for it himself and leaves it on my porch. Hope this is just a case of the 3rd box being stuck at a warehouse or something and it gets going again. I've seen that happen receiving stuff from MCS to the North Dallas area via USPS. It sometimes takes a vacation trip around multiple USPS facilities in the DFW area. Hopefully your package is doing the same and will get moving again. I have never had to deal with a situation like this ✊🏻🪵, since the package is still in their system there is still a possibility that it will be found and delivered. Fed-Ex is not able to tell you all of the steps the packages took from drop off to delivery and where/when they were separated?, don't the packages get scanned at every location? Not likely, I’ve been in contact with MCS, both my consignment contact, and receiving manager have confirmed it is not there.
