After initially closing the case last week stating they had “exhausted all options and couldn’t find it” I pressed them to reopen the case. I got a message this morning stating the package had been found, given a new tracking # and delivered. Well, at least that is how my local FedEx folks likely act. Including the current FedEx driver for my area dropping a very heavy package on my porch this past Saturday. "Oops wrong house!"
