Final horror for today and finishing strong with this classic Wrightson bronze age horror. Will be cleaned and pressed by CGC. How will that small stain on the back cover hit this book?

agreed, 7.5.  It's too pretty to get a 7.0, but it won't go to 8.0 either.  CGC hammers stains.

7.5 IMHO Your book presents well but the staining on the back cover is the "nail in the coffin" for me.

I also see small stain top spine corner and staple creases and a strange ding halfway up the spine.

It’ll be interesting to see the “after”.  7.0 seems right.

After closer review of the book it looks less like a stain and more like a spot of tanning (there is light tanning on back cover too). Candidate for BLED?
