Posting two this evening, with gratitude for your input.

This is Fight Comics #84. The colors on this one really pop in person. Some chipping along the top edge, a beat-up corner on the top spine, and quite a few color-breaking creases.

4.0. Would look better with a light press just to make the cover paper lie flatter.

4.0 (possibly 3.5) now.  Could improve a lot if cleaned and pressed - probably up to a solid 4.5 that will present a lot better.

Definitely a great candidate for a clean and press.  4.0 to 4.5 as is, with a clean and press I think you'd solidify a 4.5 and maybe a 5.0.
