Hello @MAR1979, thank you for following up with us. Matt is out today but I'm happy to help. I just replied to your email from Friday with clarification - so sorry for the confusion! The signed commercial invoices are not required in this case so you can simply use the provided label to mail in your recent mechanical error order with the completed packing slip. So sorry again for the confusion!
