PGM Fantastic Four #25 - images inserted corrrectly now 1 1

Hi all, 

Looking for a grade on this copy of FF 25.   Note the chip out of the BRFC.  I measured and am 99% sure it's in chip territory, not piece out.  If you want to venture a grade after clean and press that would be great too!

BTW, I remember you have X-Men #6 that graded at 9.8.   Is this book from the same owner?

Great looking book now with minor improvements available from cleaning and pressing.  7.5/8.0 now going to 8.5 when pressed!  Congrats.  I bought that book when I was a kid for $7 at my LCS.  That was the most I spent on a comic at that time but I wanted to read it bad!
