Page cut production error 1 1

Picked up a nice copy of House of Secrets 103 but the first half of the book, the pages were not cut. How would this affect the grade?

Damn this is just terrible! At least this time it's not gonna be a sacrifice to slab a book considering that this one is unreadable

Are you happy with the book?, if no, where did you buy it?, Do they accept returns?

There are a small niche of comic book folks that collect one of a kind bindery defects so that book may have additional value to those folks.

Should not affect grade (at least, per CGC).  Generally production errors are not a factor in the grade.

Unless you plan on reading this book , l wouldn’t worry about it. I had a random book like this back in the 80’s when I was a kid collecting and I got a knife and carefully cut the pages open so I could read it. DO NOT do this to your book. I would just leave it as is and read the issue online if you want to read the story. There are numerous sites.
