Convention sketches from GalaxyCon.

Starting with Selina Kyle by Joelle Jones.  I absolutely loved the wedding dress she designed for Selina.  It's elegant, but at the same time seems to fit Selina's character perfectly as it's unconventional and goes against societal norms.

Next up, I also had Joelle do a Psylocke piece for me.

And lastly, Psylocke again by Jim Cheung.  I simply love the ink work, the cross hatching, and the detail.  Both sketch covers are off to CGC, the Catwoman is on a 9x11 or 9x12 sheet.  I'll need to properly frame it and add it to my Batman/Catwoman wall.

More experienced collectors have advised me to do my business with Anthony at Comic-con on Sunday when there is a bigger chance that he gives you a discount. If you dare wait that long, of course. There is always a risk that someone else wants it more than you and buys it earlier in the week.
But this year it worked out and Anthony gave me 25% off on these two:

I just put this Flintstones and the Jetsons #13 (DC) from August 1998 by Patrick Owsley into a repurposed frame with a dummy mock-up title for effect.

Adder...Note the Joe Barbera sig and find the edited sidearm covered with white tape for the child reader's benefit, I presume.

Sincerely, David

Cover for The Flintstones and the Jetsons (DC, 1997 series) #13 [Direct Sales]
