One of the enjoyable aspects of the hobby was how they milked all the hot characters, so of course they came up with a crossover featuring Ghost Rider, Punisher and Wolverine! I enjoyed that issue and the art by JR JR didn't hurt either, and now I have an example from that special!

Have a look and enjoy!

Since I have no chance in this lifetime to own this page, I had to settle for a recreation done by hand, on a retro-themed art board, plus the tape on the sides to give it a retro feel. This is as close as I can get.

Couple of OA pick-ups at the Long Beach Comic Con.

1. Supergirl #24, Pg. 9 by Drew Johnson. Had to get this since it had a Dolphin as a Green Lantern!

2. Warblade vs. Damonite Monster preliminary drawing from Wildstorm Chamber of Horrors #1 by Bernie Wrightson. I couldn't pass up a chance for an original piece from the horror master.

If anyone has a scan of the page from this comic, I would appreciate it!

This is my first post in this thread. I am not known for being an OA guy but I dabble in specific pieces that particularly catch my eye (such as relating to espionage, anti-communism promotional books or law).

I am currently working on a book concerning the litigation between DC and Fawcett over Superman and Captain Marvel, so this piece from Doug Braithwaite was quite fitting to find a home in my collection.

It was either planned for or did appear as (I honestly don't know) the splash in Justice #9, which had a cover date of February 2007.

This just arrived in the mail today:

Pussycat, Pussycat, I love you! Yes I do! :luhv:

hm. It sounds like the writer lifted lines directly from some old issues of Stan Lee's MY FRIEND IRMA book from the 50s. Every word out of her mouth is a one-liner. I wouldnt be suprised if Stan recycled his own stutt! Pussycat, however, did have a more mod taste in attire!
