Do all CGC labels have QR codes? 2 2

I purchased a dark knight 1 9.8 2077483012 which shows a grading date of 2019 but the label has no QR code isn’t centered. How do I confirm this hasn’t been tampered with?

Thank you for reaching out. We did not start providing QR codes on labels until 2022. You will be able to see the article here:https://www.cgccomics.com/news/article/10362/qr-code-comics/. Since this was graded in 2019 the label will not have the QR code. There are no images of the comic but the description and certification number match. From what we can tell the comic is the one we certified.

We do encapsulate posters without a grade if they are Signature Series witnessed/signed posters. You can see an example of these HERE. While the colloquial term is poster, the service tier for these is called "Print" to not cause confusion for these while being processed in house. Thanks for checking!

Ahhhh, ok…yes I see there’s a difference!! I saw some prints for sale as CGC Signature yellow labels but I didn’t see a numerical score and immediately thought “something’s fishy” but now know otherwise. Thank you!!!
