we're going to have to say "Beetlejuice" three times in a row to get rid of him.

Tough....if he can't handle people even mentioning his name, he deserves the beating that he deserves! shocked.gif

You said his name ........now when he shows up........we're going to have to say "Beetleablue" three times in a row to get rid of him

Yep, he does a search on his name every so often. Then he reads the posts & if you say anything bad he responds.

I want to say that I am impressed that you guys point out these dirtbags and actually get results in stopping these scam auctions. Thats a job well done and a service to --..well, a valuable service for the rest of us.

Speaking for the multitudes, I say Thank You!

If he didn't deserve what he deserved, would he deserve to not get what he deserves before he deserved it?

I was the victim of fraud twice on ebay.

First time they ran off with the money, GBP £1000 (US$1500), and never sent the item - eBay did nothing, not even a reply.

Second time I lost GBP £2,200 through the guy using a stolen credit card - got an email saying, sorry its outside of the alloted time you have to inform us.

I have written nicely through email and letters - nothing, I have screamed blue murder through emails and letters - nothing, I have threatened legal action if I didn't get a reply - nothing...

Basicaly, you are screwed with ebay, did you know you are not permited to visit thier offices here in the UK... I am so furious, I lost that money last year, I sold some stuff to raise the cash to buy a new laptop on eBay and got stung. There is nothing you can do, eBay has everything covered and will have 40 lawyers to your 1 ready to tear down any case you make. The simple fact is - they don't care

You can add that FF 6 8.0 to the list. Very distinctive book because it still has graders notes that say "wr written on interior front cover in pen. address stamp on first page". I just sold that book to Jason Ewert off ebay about 3 weeks ago and I very seriously doubt that he's had a chance to sell it to this insufficiently_thoughtful_person. I emailed ebay about that one as well but we've seen how far that has gotten other people so far mad.gif

Excellent job everyone.

His response when I emailed him about being a fraud was "then don't bid on my books".

So I guess if he was murdering someone, I should just walk away and tell no one.Right?

I think we need to keep an eye out for the scams (or even certain people who always sell high grade restored books).

Once again, Excellent work!!!!!!! grin.gif
