I know this topic has been brought up before, but:

It's not a discount for paying in cash, rather it's a 3% "buyer's charge" for using a credit card.

 

And it's illegal in NY state.

 

 

 

actually, it's illegal in every state... the business can offer a discount if cash is used, but can NEVER charge any additional fee for using credit, it's in there credit card agreement also. 1 call to your local attorney general's office consumer protection dept. and i assure you they will not charge the fee again, thats just 1 of the reasons NEVERto use comiclink in the 1st place
