Well, at least the seller provided a bunch of pictures and started the bidding on the low side. What a heart-breaker that book is! And that tape repair to the spine has to be the most amateur of amateur resto I've ever seen. Might make a good "pieces" copy or practice book for a restorer in training, but it's barely a viable "filler" even for a collector.

It finished at $75! That's just crazy. Superman 6 is one of my grail books, but this is the nastiest copy I've ever seen, and the pages are so rough that it wouldn't even have value as a decent coverless book if you threw the covers away. I wouldn't have been tempted at $25, and for a low-grade GA junkie like me that's saying something...
