Origin From a medieval diminutive of the given name Philip. I played that one at the age of 11 years old when it was brand new. It had awesome music like all the Castlevania games, but the controls were way too sluggish. I sold all my video games 2 years ago to support comics. I did keep my original PS1 and I do have two copies of Symphony of the Night. Couldn't bear to part with that one as I still play it every few years. PS1, Dreamcast, Saturn and DS will probably follow. Neo Geo is already gone. With two kids I just don't have the time to play any of it, and what time I do have usually goes to comics, old computer games, or XBONE stuff. Can't bring myself to sell the NES, SNES and Genesis collections though. Here's an old pic of some of it before it all went into storage. AWESOME!! I thought about starting a NES and Super NES collection, but it would mean taking away money from comics and statues. I don't make enough money ... Krismusic
recently started collecting these spiderman the animated series toys from toybiz as nostalgia and now I find myself trying to complete the entire collection, from 1995 I love the artwork on the boxes. I have 12 so far I am thinking I might pair them with my comics in a cool display. ADAMANTIUM

David-Lance Roten
I'm most active with comics and sports cards. I dabble a bit with advertising collectibles, hats-pens-keyrings. Some wrestling stuff, magazines-tshirts-figures. A little of this and that. Vintage Snapback hats. Posters on occasion. I'm a bit of a wanderlust collector, bouncing here and there. At one point, a friend of mine had the complete Criterion collection, up until about mid 2010. He had the white ring Salo. We watched it about 2006. He said it was only the second time he was going to watch it, kind of nervously laughing as he said it. That flick is messed up. I could be remembering incorrectly but didn’t the director get murdered because he made the film? He started to sell off the collection at some point and I’m pretty sure he got about 5 hundo for it. Hahaha of yeah Salo is not for the faint of heart, the film could be called the first torture porn I think, the director did get murder by a male street prostitute that might of been an extra in the movie. I only seen it all the way once with a group of co-workers from the glory days of DVD Planet in Huntington Beach. Next time if I could gather another group, I'll showcase the damm thing in HD!
