Photobucket just got better!!!

For all who don't use it, now is the time!

 

I have a paid account which used to only allow for 1GB of content, now it's 5GB

 

The monthly bandwidth went up to 50Gb, the maximum photo size doubled to 2MB!!!

 

I cannot live without this service! If anyone is looking for a decent image hosting company, this is the one! Now you can get what I've been paying for for the last year for free

 

Anyone eles know of sites that compare? I've seen others using imageshack and my wife uses Flickr... but I really don't think that the speed/quality compares

 

And no... I am not a sales rep

I noticed this myself. They did this when they got the new design.

 

Free users get to upload a 1 MB pic now.

Idk anything else for the free though.

I've been using photobucket for a few months (thanks to forum members pointing the service out to me) and the free account was already working great for my usage...and now it's even better!

been using photobucket for about two eyars now. Back when tehir limits were lower, I went way past it, but now I have more space than I know what to do with

All the cool little features they keep adding(like bucketstrip and bucket stamp) are awesome. I'm still trying to figure out how to put them up on the boards though.

No they have fancy little scrolling thumbnails and stuff like that. I've been trying to put one in my sig line. No luck yet, but I haven't tried very hard.

I don't know if it will continue to work. I deleted all the photos that were being used.

I really like Picshome - free, unlimited storage, 1GB transfer, 2MB image size. Fast too.

Before I moved on to my current business account my ISP provided all private users with their own personal webspace. It wasn't all that much but was more than many of these free (or slight fee) services provide sinc emost of them have restrictions of some sort with respect to size and such. Even when I had a personal account I never used hosting services.
