Guess the CGC grade: last round?

The color loss on the scan of the ASM 135 is schmutz on the scanner bed. The colors on this book match the rest of my OO Bronze collection and are as rich and deep as the day they rolled onto the newstand.

 

In light of the scanning flaw, feel free to take a second crack at your grades. No one has nailed both books yet.
