Guess the CGC Grade (Golden Age Edition): Rd 3

Another cool Schomburg Captain America motorcycle cover...this one featuring the enemy using an American-made "Powder Detonator", that's a bit strange? Also the last Japanese Cap war cover.

 

This is a real clean, bright copy with a good bit of cover gloss remaining, and OW to W pages. The defects on this book show up pretty clearly - bindery chips, sun shadow back cover, a couple light creases back cover. There is a little bit of spine flaking/cracking like on the All Winners 12, but not nearly as prominent and no spine splits.

The bindery chips seen on this copy are production-related defects which CGC apparently doesn't hit real hard. There are a lot of Timely's with pretty extensive production-related chipping at the bottom of the spine, like this one.
