The scan is a little contrasty -- the highlights are blown out -- and the top left corner isn't visible, but from what I can see, I'd guesstimate a 7.0? Yes, definitely worth grading. I sent the #4 in not too long ago. Not the highest grade but it presents well enough. I may send in the rest of my first ten issues. I already had my #1 graded. Pic below.
