Guess the grade?

Here's one for you guys and gals to test your grading skills.

There is a member of the forums that already knows the grade, so I would ask that this member please not give an answer.

Pages are Off White

The only defects are, a light touch of wear on the lower left corner. The other corners are razor sharp.

There are a couple of extremely light stresses on the bind. We're talking small and very hard to see.

The top has a slight "Overcover", but nothing is stressed. It is just slightly curled around the top of the book.

The back is beautiful with a few more very very light stresses. Again, very hard to see.

 

The colors are bright and vivid. No wear or foxing showing anywhere on the cover.

BEAUTIFUL BOOK! Best #11 I've seen! 9.2 only because of the chips on the right edge. Without that as good as any 9.4 to 9.6 slabbed books I've seen on Ebay, Heritage, or web sites!!

Hey. There's only two chips on the right side.

Sorry, I did forget to mention that.

Good eye, Shotz.

 

The larger is even with Thor's elbow on the right side of the book.

The other is very tiny and in Giant Man's foot.

Anything else that looks like a chip is just a defect in the scan.

I'd say in the 9.2 - 9.4 range. Beautiful book. I want it.

Wow, I've been looking for one of these with a decent wrap for a long time. I'd guess 9.0

I can't see why this book is an 8.5.

Regardless, this has to be the nicest looking CGC 8.5 of this book that exsists.

It must have been the end of a long hard day when this book was graded.

I think it would regrade an easy 9.2 to 9.4.

It's as nice as many Silver Age 9.4's I've seen.

I could see how this book got an 8.5. I felt pressured to include 9.0 because everyone else was saying 9.0-9.4.

It looks a easy 9.2 but without seeing the back its all guesswork from there.Nice front cover though!
