A personal favorite with a very odd use of europium in the cover story.

The most expensive comic book that I've ever bought by almost a factor of 2, but probably down in the range that you high rollers spend for shipping and insurance on most of your purchases.

 

Your copy is stunning -- is it one of the top ones?

Such a great cover, including a classic Gil Kane nostril shot.

We're being sarcastic. A Flash #139 sold recently on Heritage for some astronomical multiple, and no one really knows why (except the winner and underbidder, I guess), so we've jokingly been conjecturing that it must be because it featured the first appearance of Prof. Zoom.
