Recently I was checking out some old comics and saw this cover. I had never really studied it before, but it's awesome.

Ok, maybe it's an 8 out of 10 in degree of difficulty........MORE HINTS.....it's not a NEDOR book, it's a SHomburg Cover, and it's not a trick question , like a one-shot, or a very esoteric comic. It's your standard mainstream SHOMBURG cover from the Golden Age.

THE WHEEL OF DEATH....notice the spear that CAP is holding actually stabbed through the bad guy, bloody and everything. GOOD EYE NEARMINT.

Darn it, late to the party again. I new that was Shomberg right off the bat. Still you can't beat Nearmint at this sort of thing. Next time we have a Comic Book Horse game, you should see what he can name off!!!
