The Joker.....it's the whole psycho clown thing.

 

Though I do have to admit if Galactus landed in my backyard and proceeded to start sucking the lifeforce out of the entire planet, I'd be intimidated.

I remember reading the 70's graphic novel - this guy ended up in hell and still started setting up shop to consume it. Galactus is the 'G' in 'O.G.'

 

That said, The Joker became the standard for me after Moore's The Killing Joke, but in the end you might have to give Thanos props - this guy went from getting arrested by NYC beat cops to the mantle of ominpotence.
