Cool, you got a Flash #105 too! What grade was that copy? I have ~4 more issues to complete my Flash key villains run personally.

 

The #105 was a 7.5 - probably all I could afford right now, given the other purchases I managed.

 

What did the 105 7.5 sell for?

WOW!!

 

That post/price got me to pull out the sales list from the first Sotheby's comic auction in 1991 and look up again what the original art cover to Flash 123 had sold for then.

 

Hammer price for the 123 cover in 1991 - $17,600! (that included the 10% buyer's commission!)

I wanted it because I have the other Superman/Flash races and it has a JLA appearance.

 

Someone wanted it more than I, however.
