It has a couple of small edge tears on the back cover. Also, another oddity is that it looks like it had three staples at one time and someone pulled out the middle one. Not sure why they would have done that. It left a small hole(chip) on the spine, and of course staple holes throughout the book. If they had left it in the book would have been more like a 6.0.
