jbcomicbox
I take a dive into memorabilia in that it can be neat. I love getting something historical. I am very pleased with this Trademark certificate for "The Angel" from April 1940 for the Marvel Mystery magazine of Timely Publications (there is a inner page). jb By the way, inside, it states that the first issue was issued on August 31, 1939 Edited December 12, 2009 by jbcomicbox
BB-Gun
I fixed the damaged spine with photoshop but I still like the cover. The cover is kind of funny cause the lead characters are flirting while they are surrounded by mayhem. bb

One of a kind! I'm curious - nothing on the certificate itself states that it is for "The Angel." It does mention drawings and statements that were attached. Do you have the drawings or other attachments that show "The Angel" that they were trademarking? Thanks for sharing this!

About 7 were offered by Heritage. The only earlier one offered was Kazar. I went with this one. I would have to assume that the Torch and Sub-Mariner have been kept by the source of these. jb
