Had a few pleasant exchanges with Bonnett's on twitter a couple months back (@bonnettsbooks) and the current owner/operator seems like a good guy (I think the business is still in the family). I gather they do still deal in some comic book back issues. I keep meaning to ask him if there are any family anecdotes of dealing comics in the early days.

A recent pickup for me. Gerber scarcity rating of 8 but should probably be a 5 or 6. I've personally owned 3 of them and have seen many more.

This is a fun thread to me. Looking back through it and seeing the pic of the store itself is amazing . I actually feel like I'm a member of a club with the Bonnet stamped Exciting Comics that I have.
