esquirecomics
Exactly what is Phantasmo's powers and origin? Or is the answer that scary that I should not ask?
mr.schomburg
Exactly what is Phantasmo's powers and origin? Or is the answer that scary that I should not ask? I believe he was spawned by the sexual encounter of a greek god and a pink triangle wearing man from San Fran. As to the powers, the spoon patrol would not allow me to discuss. All I can say is his powers allow him to be exreamly popular at bathhouses.

BangZoom
Exactly what is Phantasmo's powers and origin? Or is the answer that scary that I should not ask? I'll try posting some of his origin story later in the week. Here's a glimpse of it. It shows Phantasmo meeting his future sidekick, Whizzer McGee. cortez
Fabulous books. I have a big weakness for patriotic covers especially with flags. Many Thanks for posting these gems. Trading for Blackstone; Super-Magician; Mandrake or any Magic related comics email me for details.
selegue
WWWHHHOOOAAA!!! That makes the cover Metro posted look like a dishrag. Fascinating early a-bomb story! Jack
selegue
Thanks for the pages. I was curious about his powers and origin too. I knew he was sort of a Spectre clone (Spectre barely pre-dated him -- was he really a rip-off or were the publication dates too close?) but didn't know that he used the "leaving my physical body behind" shtick that SA Dr Strange later made popular. Did GA Spectre leave his physical body behind or did Corrigan change back and forth between the two identities? That panel of Phantasmo standing over Whizzer (ACK!) in little more than a negligee and yellow thong is priceless! Jack
