I hate to bring it up but I have a non payer (Garry)Skinny's_ Pal_Tubby

 

I had a selling thread from the Following dates 05/10/10 06:43 PM - 05/12/10 06:54 PM

 

I invoiced Skinny's_ Pal_Tubby on 05/13/10 09:46 PM

 

I sent a friendly reminder on 06/01/10 03:00 PM and was told I would be paid the following week as he was waiting for a payment.

 

I sent one more final request for payment on 06/28/10 09:56 PM that has gone unread.

 

I do not know the reasoning why I was not paid or if payment was attempted as I have had no other communication from Skinny's_ Pal_Tubby after his reply to my friendly reminder on 06/01/10 03:00 PM.

 

If there was a problem I'm assuming that Skinny's_ Pal_Tubby would have PM'ed me and said I'm overextended or had fallen on hard times or payment won't go through then I would have had no problem canceling the sale.

 

I think I have been more then fair in waiting for payment but as it stands now I have no desire to complete the sale with Skinny's_ Pal_Tubby because even though I was not paid Skinny's_ Pal_Tubby has not stopped putting up in the following threads(in all fairness I do not know if he has paid for the books binned)

He hasn't settled with me, but only because I told him I'd hold his books until I have another sales thread to help offset postage. He bought from me one other time I believe and took a little longer than normal to pay, but I do know he paid up that time.

Hello Everyone

 

I was added to the probation list after an altercation with Pirate about two years ago, and since then I have tried very hard to be more professional on the boards, and at the same time, amend my situation with Anthony. Over the last couple of months, I have sent him several PM's offering to purchase the books from our deal that I had backed out on, and he never responded, and then I simply offered to paypal him the $20 that was owed with or without the books, but he never replied to that either. Most recently I tried to PM him asking how he would like to proceed so that we could both be done with this, only to find that I'd been added to his ignore list. Because of this, I'd like to ask someone to please ask Anthony to contact me so that we can settle this on his terms. I hope it does not appear that I'm am trying to smear him or oust him in any way, I just simply didn't know how to contact him now that I'm on his ignore list, and I desperately wish to resolve this issue in a professional manner. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
