Tropic - the regular <p> html doesn't work here. You have to use [ img ] [ /img ] without the spaces with the addy in the middle.

When you hit Reply, on the bottom right, beneath the block you type in, there's a heading "Instant UBB Code". Under that is a link called "Image". Click that, it'll help you out.

 

Edit: you can also change to regular HTML. Under the emoticons but above the block you type in is a drop down menu you can change the settings. UBB is the default I think.
