I love Byrne's ROG 2000 stories, and own them in both the Pacific Comics 1982 reprint (shown above), collecting the Charleton stories, and in the original E-MAN 6, 7, 9 and 10.

 

 

But a truly scarce and uncirculated series (for me, anyway!) is ROG 2000 issues 1 and 2, published by Fantagraphics in 1987.

Do these Fantagraphics issues really exist? One of you guys above talks about actually owning them.

 

If you do, please display the cover, I'd love to see 'em!

 

There's a house ad with a checklist of Fantagraphics back issues for sale in DOOMSDAY SQUAD # 7 (reprinting Byrne's Charleton DOOMSDAY PLUS ONE series) that offers ROG 2000 1 and 2 for sale, as if they were already out, but damned if I can find them anywhere.
