Does this Web of Spiderman 18 have a shot at a 9.8?

I am the original owner of this book. The smudges spots etc are from my scanner I have to clean it. The one spine tick if faint in person and non color breaking appears worst due to scanner No corner dings or impacts.

I bagged when new and just pulled it out for the first time when I saw interest has spiked in the boards.

Funny thing is I sent it to CGC before I scanned the books and your right its coming back as a 9.9 wise guy.
