Stan Lee SS Books?

I haven't collected slabbed comics, but I can TOTALLY see the appeal to having one of the "greats" sign my classics. Think about it- you would have the original signature of the very person responsible for writing/penciling/etc that comic book. To me, I think that's awesome. I don't have many signed comics, but the couple I do have are treasures to me (a Claremont, a Quesada, two McFarlanes, and then two Matt Wagners that came with the Claremont).

My father-in-law is a SERIOUS collector of autographs and I understand the concern with ensuring authenticity. While slabbing the comics has its drawback (i.e. you can't read or touch your book), you also know it's 100% legitimate which I'm sure is the major appeal for many collectors here to go SS.

And guys- those were some beauties!!! Keep 'em coming! I might not be able to afford 'em, but i can definitely check 'em out! laugh.gif
