GPA is $330 and that looks like a generous 7.5 from the bad scans.

"out of register cover" might be scaring a few people off

 

GPA is $330? Is that an old sale? - that would be around 6.0 guide for a Schomburg Timely war cover. Seems low - unless it was this same issue with the registration problem.

I'm fairly certain that book has been up before, and when you ask for better pictures, he doesn't exactly respond, or "SOMEONE".. would bought it.. It's that black line on the right edge that worries me...his other pictures are not cropped the same way.
