I'd see if you could get some more photos before determining how much you'd pay. Hopefully some photos without the book being flattened out on a table. A nice close up of the book edges would be good. I'd also find out about page quality.

Its like a 24/7 book on Ebay.. Surely , its rarity is over estimated.
