The 4 books that appeared "close" last night have narrowed to 2. Mix in that we've got a good amount of votes so far and not much seperating the 2 choices, this one is interesting.

 

I am surprised by the amount of Showcase #22 votes. FF #1 untouched this round, as it should be. (And with that, someone will add a vote for it. 27_laughing.gif )

One reason why I think Showcase 8 ought to survive a bit longer is it was the signal that the Flash revival (and therefore the super-hero revival) was real, not just a one-shot. To me that makes this 1957 book much more significant than other 2nd appearances, say FF #2.

 

(And remember I joined in voting off Showcase #14 in the previous round).
