GRADE THIS MTU

Is the bottom staple pulled through the cover? If that's correct I don't think it could go higher than 8.0

I thought the only problem with this book was the bottom left corner. 893frustrated.gif

I was wondering that myself.

 

Issues I see:

1) Small tear at bottom of spine;

2) Possible bump at top;

3) At least a dozen spine creases (more easily visible on back);

4) Decent amount of stress at upper staple

 

Granted, it looks better than a purported 8.5 GS FF #4 I recently got, but that really isn't saying much.

 

8.5 tops, but I'd lean more toward 8.0.

I guess that I missed the confirmation thereof.

 

Funny thing about staple pulls, it can be hard to miss even in person (unless - o' course - one takes it out of the bag/holder).

 

So, how many demerits is a pull worth?
