spookley
I thought the 9.4 #35 went for a surprisingly decent price considering the smegma or whatever it was at the top edge of the front cover. Whatever that was along the top edge is what kept me from bidding on that
spookley
For 1-26, I think there are only four issues that are really hard to find in 9.0 or better: 3, 4, 24 and 26 #4......what about #19? Anyone win anything on the Comiclink auction? I was completely shut out. Got outbid on every JLA I bid on. Very aggressive bidding I got a couple, but boyyy howdy, seems the movie buzz is really starting to stir the pot! I put in several thrill bids to push the numbers up, but most of them got eclipsed by a country mile! Glad I have most of those already. (Remember my previous post about having the fund$ if you seriously want to finish within a decade?) I thought the 9.4 #35 went for a surprisingly decent price considering the smegma or whatever it was at the top edge of the front cover. Yeah, what the heck was that, Tim?! No way CGC would let that pass intentionally. If so, then my 9.4 just became a 9.8. Rick On some of those Rick, I thought I had some decent bids------but some of my bids were almost doubled

spookley
please explain the utter lunacy in the clink bidding. thanks I have no idea Mike Hopefully this is not a trend, otherwise I will never finish my JLA run Over the last 3 months, I've picked up a couple JLA's in the 60's in CGC 9.6 for $250-275---I thought I could pick some more up on the Clink auction for around $250-350----winning bids were in the $700's
UnrulyAppendage
Here's a paperback book I bought in the late 70's. Along with a World's Finest one. I must have read these numerous times. I really can't think of anything else besides the early movie hype. I thought JLA was not a popular title and way overpriced to begin with

spookley
tth2, I would slab them in a heartbeat. I have a feeling that the high-grade JLA census will be going up over the next 2 years with the movie coming out. It will be interesting to see just how many copies are out there.
