  1. This show is binge worthy. Already renewed for season 2 on HBOMAX. Couldn't stop watching it. Last show that made me that interested was Game of Thrones. seasons 1-4. The NBA players are stars for sure, but it turns out the biggest star character was Doctor Jerry Buss the owner of the Lakers. He was Stan Lee on steroids as a showman.
  2. I had some free time off this holiday season and just watched this and absolutely loved it. My second favorite action hero movie this year after Top Gun : Maverick. This was better than any Marvel Phase 4 movie. James Bond still is relevant.
  3. @Prince Namor I am really enjoying this thread, I don't know how far you are taking this thread, but I hope if you get to the mid-1960`s we get some John Buscema, John Romita , and Gene Colan love. He had Kirby, and Ditko who I both love their work, but later he had Buscema, Romita and Colan. Stan Lee was a master at picking the right artists. I am sorry that those artists didn't get their rightful credit. Well, if you keep posting than I will keep reading. I am now looking at the Marvel Age different. Take care.
  4. I highly recommend it. It`s not even a hour. If you like those old Universal monsters movies with Karloff, Lugosi and Chaney Jr, than you probably like it. The best thing from Marvel this year. It won't bore you. Look forward to your review if you see it.
  5. Yes, Squadron Sinister first appearance is Avengers #69 with Hyperion, and Doctor Spectrum making their debuts, while Daredevil #62 it is Nighthawk's first full appearance. That parallel universe confusion might be the reason they are under hyped and underpriced.
  6. Good points.. I wonder also if issue 1 has the yellow costume and not the iconic costume we all know and love might be a factor?
  7. I kind of like the trailer because like Top Gun: Maverick it`s giving me a nostalgic 1980s vibe. Also it should be interesting to see what Indiana Jones 5 final box office numbers will be.
  8. What are the most under-hyped/underpriced comic in your opinion? Any thoughts?
  9. Nothing personal about the characters, as I like them, but both Eternals #1 and She-Hulk #1 both seemed to have nose-dived in price compared to a year ago.
  10. Just starting to watch this and it`s not good, but really good. This is the Star Wars for adults. Highly recommend.
  11. Sad news. The most popular Power Ranger ever. R.I.P.
  12. Likes Wanda Vision No Way Home The Falcon and the Winter Soldier (I liked the bromance). One dislike I had was the special visual effects in a lot of the Marvel Phase 4 stuff. Seen a lot better visual effects on the Playstation 5.
  13. Something to keep a eye on is the Sports cards market is down 50 to 75 percent. Their bubble started to get hot six months before comic books. Modern basketball cards in particular have been dropping like no tomorrow.
  14. Yahya Abdul-Mateen II is a grade A+ number one actor. The question is can a a grade A+ number one actor turn a D-list superhero into a winner? I say yes.
  15. 100 PERCENT agree! These critics burnt out from super heroes .time to bring back the western for them. I love westerns. Critics are fickle.
  16. Watched it and loved it. Don't get the critics. I think most critics burnt out from super hero movies. The ending was spectacular without giving away spoilers. Can't wait for Black Adam 2.
  17. Saw Eternals twice. Took two times, but warmed up to them.
