    I bought my current 6.5 for $2200. At the time i felt i was over paying so the seller threw in a “freebie”. That freebie: FF49. Was off blowout cards forum, if seller is in here, ill buy ya drinks at the next comic con.

    Can I narrow it down to just the top 10???  

    How about the one that caused me to stop grading with them for 8 yrs. Sent in a Batman Adventures 12, purchased on these boards, definitely a 9.8 candidate.  Comes back 9.0 with a crunched corner. Thankfully I know Matt Nelson, come to find out that cgc dropped the book, graded it, and never even told me this. Had to resend it to Matt to at least have him press/resub it to a 9.4. Then had to argue to get credit back for the diff in grade. 

    CGC if you're reading this, you're slipping BAD.  I've been grading since day 1, hopefully you get your act together, hire more people as needed, and remember that your customers are worth more even though you don't see that right now. 

    Assuming we're in a bubble, what DOESN'T pop and lose its value?

    I would just watch the sports cards/non sports cards. And get ready for the same thing to hit here. Not sure how high it will go before the drop, but I except the same thing that happened to Jordan etc. to happen here with many top key books that went bonkers have some drastic corrections. If I had to pick a top book to stay away from a few eras I would say X-Men 1, FF48 (Silver), Giant-Sized X-Men 1 (Bronze), or Marvel Previews 95. (Modern)

    What exactly has happened to Jordan cards?? Slight dip overdue to a huge jump? Psa 10s sold for $46,000 like 18-24 mos ago and are now $400,000+. Also, i think FF 48 is still undervalued from 8.5 and under, jist wait till Marvel puts out an SS show & see what happens.

    Someone on FB posted 12x heading to CGC. Meh I'll just check back in 6 mo's to a year on this book. Trying not to follow FOMO or anything else these days. Should have bought it yrs ago lol.
