  1. Sunday pages by Segar seem a little tough to find. But fortunately his stories were reprinted in King Comics.
  2. Hingees help bring comic characters to life.
  3. Some of the panels seem inspired by Raymond.
  4. Acerno also did a recreation. Does anyone have original art for the Sunday funnies. A Superman page would be nice to show.
  5. Gordon Bread and Harvey also reprinted Flash Gordon.
  6. I like Peanuts and other modern strips but sorry I missed the old full size Sunday pages.
  7. I know we had a place for discussing Sunday comics but it hasn't been used in a while. I am trying to photograph Sunday pages that I purchased and post them in a thread for comments and comparison to other reprints and comics. Hope you have something to show. November 3, 1935
  8. I like that one too and purchased a second copy for an upgrade. However, I still have both of them and I like to see them in the box with some of my other favorite Weird Science and Weird Fantasy covers.
  9. I like those Bugs Bunny stories and Porky too.
  10. I did make a high resolution scan but I couldn't do anything with the gigantic file.
  11. I would agree that 29 is more difficult than 9 but I don't have either due to the price. Nonsense. A mere bag of shells for a man of your means I am a man of means by no means. Most of my collection was purchased while I still had a good job. Now I am semi-retired and living on peanuts. Lots of shells left but no one wants to bargain for them.
  12. Todd has this wonderful painting by Shelly on his wall.
  13. I liked the full face helmet in the early stories. This cover would have been better if the mad scientist was wearing a white lab coat. I think the colorist screwed that up...so I fixed it.
  14. I can probably thank Maggie and Cat for making Lulu more collectable and the stories are always fun to read.
  15. More Fun was still fun with Green Arrow and Jimminy
  16. I would agree that 29 is more difficult than 9 but I don't have either due to the price.
  17. Kubert drew some nice western stories.
  18. That has never been one of my favorite covers but I really like these two by Cole.
